Use Beep to check in on your staff in the days following an emergency. Our suggestions include:
Checking in on staff well-being via an online survey -share the link in a text message and email
Text a notification when email or post on Facebook any information you receive from civil defence, council etc. Make sure everyone is feeling included.
Once your leadership team are functioning have them send a text and email that allows staff to set up a phone call with their own team leader.
Send regular texts to update staff on when and how the business will re-open and they will return to work. Re-assure them that things are underway.
And don’t forget your clients. They will appreciate updates too.
