Following up after an emergency


Use Beep to check in on your staff in the days following an emergency. Our suggestions include:

  • Checking in on staff well-being via an online survey -share the link in a text message and email

  • Text a notification when email or post on Facebook any information you receive from civil defence, council etc. Make sure everyone is feeling included.

  • Once your leadership team are functioning have them send a text and email that allows staff to set up a phone call with their own team leader.

  • Send regular texts to update staff on when and how the business will re-open and they will return to work. Re-assure them that things are underway.

  • And don’t forget your clients. They will appreciate updates too.
